The university with the diploma degree in sound and video engineering (Diplomingenieur (FH) Ton und Bild) focuses on the technical aspects and furthermore provides a fundamental musical and creative education.
The department of Audio consists of classical and modern music production, film sound, radio drama, live sound, computer-aided music production.
The department of Video consists of editing, camera, lighting, directing of documentaries, multi-camera recordings, motion graphics, DVD authoring.
